We house advanced machinery for extrusion, lamination, printing, slitting, and pouch conversion, enabling us to manufacture over 3,000 metric tons per month and 20 million pouches monthly with strict quality control at every stage.

CI flexo printing press
High manufacturing standards and cutting-edge technologies guarantee exceptional print quality and lasting value. The most demanding package printing applications may be met by BOBST CI flexo presses thanks to their variable repeat lengths and medium to super-wide printing widths.
Rotogravure printing machine
The rotogravure printing press uses a printing cylinder which has been laser engraved with minute cells capable of retaining ink, the size and pattern of which reflect the required image.
Solvent less Lamination machine
Solventless lamination is a method for the composite of two or more substrates using a solvent-free adhesive. The solventless laminator is the equipment which can be applied for a solvent-free adhesive composite.
Side Seal Machine
It is high speed Bag maker to make various types of side seal bags from LD-LLDPE, HDPE films and PP/CPP/BOPP films. Machine has sturdy frame structure, Servo driven main Index and All other AC motors. Maximum speed is up to 300 Strokes per minute.
Bottom seal machine
It is high speed Bag maker to make various types of bottom seal bags from LD-LLDPE, HDPE films and PP/CPP/BOPP films.
Hygiene
It is our primary objective to maintain a completely safe & hygienic environment. Our entire manufacturing plant is constructed in such a way that it does not allow the entry of any outside contaminants. This plant is maintained under positive pressure which keeps away any foreign particles such as insects, dust, etc.
Advanced R&D Labs
Our high tech laboratory is equipped with latest quality control equipment’s that can measure Hot Tack, Seal Strength, COF (Co-efficient of Friction), GSM, Tensile Strength, Light stability, Weathering Tester and various other parameters. Our in-house labs have capability to measure MVTR and OTR of films which helps to innovate and re-engineer films periodically.
